MCA MASTER 200 GT / OOW 500 GT

Venice4Sea Training Center organises preparation courses for the achievement of the MCA MASTER 200 GT / OOW 500 GT title.

This title enables you to take command of units up to 200 tons of tonnage flying any flag including Italian.

The exam preparation course is a theoretical course and to achieve the title you must pass an oral exam in English. A reasonable level of English proficiency is required (5.5 IELTS).

The requirements to access the course and the exam are:

• RYA Yachtmaster Offshore (Master 220 GT Limited) or Yachtmaster Ocean (Master 200 GT Unlimited) compreso Shorebased Certificate
• Commercial endorsement
• GMDSS (GOC o ROC)
• STCW Basic Training
• HELM Operational Certificate
• Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
• six months of navigation recorded in booklet
• NOE (Note of Elegibility)
